TeigaAI, a product of Teiga Tech LLC · Last updated: June 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Teiga Tech LLC ("Teiga", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use TeigaAI and related websites, dashboards, and services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Teiga Tech LLC operates TeigaAI, an AI-assisted marketing and lead-generation platform that helps businesses create content, find and research leads, and run email outreach from their own connected mailbox. You can reach us at teiga@teigatech.org.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Information we collect or generate

Connected mailbox data (Google / Gmail and Microsoft)

If you connect a sending mailbox, we access data from that mailbox through our email infrastructure provider, Nylas, solely to operate the outreach features you use. See Section 4 for the specific Google user data we access and how we handle it.

3. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Google user data & Limited Use

TeigaAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we access

When you connect a Google/Gmail account, you grant access through Google's OAuth consent screen. We (via Nylas) request these scopes and use them only as described:

ScopeWhy we use it
gmail.composeTo draft and send the outreach emails and replies you create and approve, from your own mailbox.
gmail.modifyTo read message and thread metadata and content needed to detect and display replies to your campaigns, track sends, and manage labels/threads for those messages.
openid, userinfo.email, userinfo.profileTo identify the connected mailbox (email address and display name).

How we use, store, and share it

Our Limited Use commitments

Consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements, we affirm that we:

Revoking access

You can disconnect a mailbox at any time from Outreach → Mailboxes in the dashboard, which revokes the grant. You can also revoke access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnect we stop accessing the mailbox; you may request deletion of associated stored content as described in Section 8.

5. AI processing

We use third-party AI providers to generate content and personalize outreach. Content you provide and a limited, relevant subset of business data may be sent to these providers to produce the output you request. We do not permit these providers to use your data to train their general models where an opt-out is available, and we configure integrations accordingly.

6. Service providers (subprocessors)

We share data with vendors that process it on our behalf to operate the Service, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations:

ProviderPurpose
SupabaseDatabase, authentication, hosting, storage
NylasMailbox connectivity, sending, and reply webhooks
StripeSubscription billing and payments
Anthropic (Claude)AI content generation and personalization
ApifyPublic web data collection for lead generation
WebflowOptional blog publishing to your website
VercelApplication hosting and delivery
n8nWorkflow orchestration

We do not sell personal information to any of these or other parties.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Connected-mailbox message content is retained while the mailbox is connected and for a reasonable period thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion.

8. Your rights & how to delete your data

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of your account and associated data (including Google user data we have stored), email teiga@teigatech.org and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You can also disconnect mailboxes and delete most content directly in the dashboard.

9. Security

We protect your data with measures including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, row-level access controls that isolate each organization's data, least-privilege access, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and continuously improve our safeguards.

10. International users

We operate in the United States and may process and store information there and in the regions used by our service providers. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes — including changes to how we access or use Google user data — we will update the "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you and obtain consent before the new use takes effect.
